This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila Lines 12 in. x 24 in. Alga Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile offers a modern design to suit any space from residential to commercial settings. The tile is highly resistant to abrasion to withstand heavy foot traffic and some dirt conditions common to such areas as entrances, sales or display spaces and kitchens, offering a slip-resistant surface to meet ADA requirements for commercial use. • Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .65 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA Guidelines
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
